On Saturday, March 22, former Brookwood High School standouts John Beverley and Virgil Heath’s current college team, the Georgia State Panthers, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Old Dominion Monarchs.

The game took place at Bud Metheny Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Monarchs this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. at Bud Metheny Ballpark against Old Dominion Monarchs.
