On Saturday, April 5, former Brookwood High School standouts John Beverley and Virgil Heath’s current college team, the Georgia State Panthers, won 11-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the James Madison Dukes.

The game took place at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park. This was their second matchup against the Dukes this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 10:05 a.m. at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park against James Madison Dukes.
