Former Brookwood High School standout Harper McLendon played on Sunday, June 1 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship

On Sunday, June 1, former Brookwood High School standout Harper McLendon’s current collegiate team the Murray State Racers won 8-19 against the Ole Miss Rebels in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Swayze Field at 7:15 p.m. and was the second matchup against the Ole Miss Rebels in the tournament.

The Murray State Racers’ next game will take place on Monday, June 2 at 5 p.m. at Swayze Field.
