Tyrese Elliott, previously a standout at Grayson High School and now playing for the West Alabama Tigers, is set to compete in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

West Alabama, seeded No. 3, faces the sixth-seeded West Florida Argonauts in the opening round.

The opening matchup will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, at Rick Case Arena.
