Gwinnett County officials have expressed concern over potential financial misconduct involving a former employee. Gwinnett County Administrator Glenn Stephens stated, “We are deeply troubled by the recent discovery of potential financial misconduct involving a former Gwinnett County employee.”

The county has pledged to cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in order to conduct a comprehensive investigation. Stephens emphasized the commitment to transparency and accountability, adding, “To preserve the integrity of the process, we will refrain from further comment.”

This development underscores the importance placed on maintaining ethical standards within county operations.
