On March 25, 2025, Rep. McBath expressed her enthusiasm for joining members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated on Capitol Hill as they engaged in advocacy efforts. She wrote: “Deltas in the House!!! Glad to join my @dstinc1913 Sorors on Capitol Hill today as they advocate for a better world. #DDNC2025”.

Later that day, she highlighted her appreciation for the presence of volunteers from Moms Demand Action during discussions about gun safety legislation in the House Judiciary Committee. Her tweet read: “Always nice to see @MomsDemand volunteers and their red shirts when we’re fighting dangerous gun safety cuts in @HouseJudiciary!”.

On March 26, 2025, Rep. McBath commented on a Supreme Court decision related to gun control measures. She applauded the court’s ruling that upheld background checks for ghost guns, emphasizing the need for laws to adapt with technological advancements affecting crime scenes across America. Her statement was: “I applaud today’s Supreme Court decision upholding the requirement for background checks on ghost guns.”
