The City of Lawrenceville is seeking applicants for volunteer positions on several citizen boards. For 2026, there are about 27 openings available to residents and business owners.
Applications can be submitted online at lville.city/board-app until 5 p.m. on November 7, 2025. The vacancies are spread across the following boards:
– Development Authority: Meets monthly as announced and supports economic development throughout the city.
– Downtown Development Authority: Meets monthly on the second Monday and works with City Council to revitalize downtown through land use planning, business recruitment, and executing community goals for a vibrant urban center.
– Financial Review Citizen Committee: Meets weekly in March during the annual budget process to educate stakeholders about city finances and encourage public input for greater transparency.
– Lawrenceville Arts Commission: Meets monthly on the second Tuesday to promote public art expansion and education in Lawrenceville.
– Lawrenceville Housing Authority: Meets monthly on the third Wednesday to support affordable housing, economic opportunity, and improved living conditions.
– ReCAST Advisory Board: Meets monthly as announced to advise ReCAST Lawrenceville’s initiatives.
