Samara Saunders, a former Grayson High School standout now playing for the Columbus State Cougars, is set to compete in the Division II NCAA Basketball Tournament.
Columbus State holds the No. 4 seed and is matched up against the fifth-seeded Carson-Newman Eagles in the first round.
The game is scheduled for Friday, March 13 at 7:30 p.m. at B. Frank Tex Turner Arena.
