On Wednesday, Feb. 25, former Grayson High basketball standout Samara Saunders helped the Columbus State Cougars claim a 74-65 win over Middle Georgia State Knights.
The 5-foot-11 junior forward recorded 15 points and grabbed five rebounds over 25 minutes on the court.
Saunders and Columbus State are scheduled to face the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes at home on Sunday, March 1 at 1:30 p.m.
