The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Heather Kilpatrick, Heather Kilpatrick for Congress LLC, refunded $2,000 to Michael Connolly on June 27, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Heather Kilpatrick for Congress LLC has refunded $2,000 total since Jan. 1.
