GCPS is working with GNR Public Health to offer required vaccinations for 7th and 11th grade students in November.
Through this partnership, students can receive TDAP (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis vaccine) and MCV4 (adolescent meningococcal vaccine). In addition to these required vaccinations, GNR will have limited supplies of flu vaccine and COVID-19 vaccines.
Families must provide proof of insurance for TDAP, MCV4, and flu vaccines. Students 18 years of age and younger who do not have health insurance will be eligible for vaccines at no charge through our mobile clinics under the Vaccines for Children program. COVID-19 vaccinations are available regardless of insurance status.
Clinics include:
- Mill Creek HS– Wednesday, Nov. 2, 3-6:30 p.m.
- Archer HS– Thursday, Nov. 3, 3-6:30 p.m.
