Throughout the year, Gwinnett County Public Schools (GCPS) Parent Mentors offer workshops for families of students receiving special education services. The upcoming session is titled "Understanding Post-Secondary Outcomes and How it Connects to the Transition Plan in the IEP."
The workshop is scheduled for January 16, 2025, with two sessions available. An in-person session will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and an online session via Zoom will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
