Former Grayson High School standout Tyrese Elliott helped lead West Alabama Tigers to a 58-53 victory over the West Florida Argonauts on Saturday, March 14, in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

Rick Case Arena was the venue for the 11 a.m. game, marking the Tigers’ first tournament faceoff with the Argonauts.

West Alabama Tigers are set to play their next game Sunday, March 15, at 5 p.m., again at Rick Case Arena.
