Spartans Serving Together was a success! Thank you to the 200+ people who joined us this past Saturday in the Long Forum to sort and pack donated school supplies for the teachers and students of our neighboring school, Meadowcreek Elementary School. It was an incredible opportunity to serve together and live out Ephesians 2 in our local community!
“Together, we are his house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus himself. We are carefully joined together in him, becoming a holy temple for the Lord.” Ephesians 2:20-21
This service initiative was the vision of our Service Prefect, GAC Senior, Colton Harsh who said, “This service opportunity not only will be an amazing way to start the year off, but also will be a step towards our goal of being the hands and feet of Jesus.”
