In the fourth quarter of 2023, Pruitthealth - Lilburn stood out as the third largest nursing home in Gwinnett County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 152 beds available, 44 more than the average in Gwinnett County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 116.5 residents during that period.

Pruitthealth - Lilburn had an overall rating of 1 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 2.5 recorded for nursing homes in Georgia.

During the quarter, Parkside Post Acute and Rehabilitation stood out as the largest nursing home in Gwinnett County, with 167 beds available. Life Care Center of Gwinnett came in second place, with 163 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Pruitthealth - Lilburn has already spent a total of $59,423 in one fine and suffered one penalty.

In total, there were 10 for-profit nursing homes in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
