City of Norcross issued the following announcement on May 27.
City Hall and other city facilities will be closed on Monday, May 31st in observance of Memorial Day.
Please be advised trash/recycling collection will be delayed one day so that Monday is picked up Tuesday, Tuesday on Wednesday, and so forth with Friday being picked up on Saturday. A special tribute event to include music and food will occur Monday in Thrasher Park from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
